You’ll learn a variety of tried and true techniques to get nutritious foods in your child with fewer battles and more compliance, from a parent and practitioner who is intimately familiar with this challenge.

Cooking for Food Allergies and Restricted Diets
Has someone in your family been:
• Diagnosed with serious food allergies?
• Told to take gluten and casein out of their diet?
• Put on an elimination diet?
How can you cook with all these restrictions? This course offers practical substitutions for many common allergens and includes recipes free from the top 8 allergens, as well as tips and resources for dealing with these dietary challenges long term.
